OBTAINING MONEY BY FALSE PRETENSES/ARREST: 6555 Frontier Drive (Best Buy), 12/16/17 around 5:00 p.m. An officer was alerted by management that a fraudulent return may of taken place by a customer inside the store. The officer was able to locate the customer and began asking her questions about her return. The women then pushed pass the officer and started to run. The officer was able to catch the suspect and arrest her. Shania Haigler, 18, of Maryland, was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with obtaining money by false pretenses.
