Do you pay for your Starbucks Coffee? Well, this guy DOESN’T!

Detectives from the Franconia District Station are investigating numerous thefts that have occurred at several Starbucks locations from April 20, 2016 to May 23. These thefts have occurred at nine locations spanning from the Franconia Police District in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County to the Reston Police District. The suspect enters the business and pretends to talk on his cell phone while hanging around the store. When store employees are distracted, he loads a bag with VIA (instant coffee) packets and then leaves the store.

The suspect was described as black, approximately 30 years-old and 6 feet 1 inch tall. He has long dreadlocks and pock-marked skin. He typically carries a black duffel bag and has been seen leaving in a white Hyundai Tucson.
